Polly has over 30 years of experience managing Long Term Care communities in California, Pennsylvania and now South Carolina.  She has a passion for serving seniors and believes the Lord has called her to this ministry.  She is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator and has received numerous achievement awards throughout her career.  She lives in Laurens with her husband Larry, who is a physical therapist.

Healthcare Manager

Katie has been working in Long term care for 20 years with most of that time spent here at Martha Franks. Primary roles have been Charge Nurse, MDS Coordinator and Health Care Manager with most of her emphasis on MDS Coordinator. Her responsibilities now are in Administration. Employment has included both faith based not for profit and for profit as well.

Independent/Assisted Living Administrator

Alison is the Administrator of Assisted Living/Independent Living at Martha Franks Retirement Community. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse and received her Practical Nursing Diploma from Piedmont Technical College of Greenwood, S.C. in 2005. She began her employment at Martha Franks in 2006 as an LPN and later served as Resident Services Coordinator. She recently earned her Community Residential Care Facility Administrators License with the state of South Carolina.

Director of Nursing

Tammy Waldrop Cash is the Director of Nursing for Skilled Nursing at Martha Franks Retirement Center. She is a Registered Nurse with over 18 years' experience. Her background includes Medical Surgical Nursing, Home Health, and Geriatrics. She has over 8 years' experience in Long-term care. Tammy has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from the University of South Carolina at Spartanburg. She currently resides in Greenville, SC with her husband and three children. She feels strongly that God has led her to Martha Franks to make a difference in the lives of others.

Lynn McQueen
Lynn McQueen
Director of Marketing

Lynn has been working in the senior industry for thirty plus years with most of that time being spent in Continuing Care Communities in the Greenville/Spartanburg area. Primary roles have been in Marketing with an emphasis on increasing census and occupancy goals but also include Community Relations and Resident Services. Employment has included both faith based not for profit organizations as well as for profit.

Chaplains

Dr. Neely has been in full-time Christian ministry for over forty-five years. Having degrees in both Music Education and Church Music, and beginning his ministry as a Minister of Music and Youth, and then some twenty-five years later accepted the Lord's call to pastor. He has a passion for evangelism and serving our seniors adults.

Dawn has served as an administrator and counselor for twenty-eight years primarily in the field of education. She has also been a pastor's wife for forty-five years and has ministered with him in churches in Tennessee, North Carolina and most recently South Carolina. She has worked with senior adults throughout her life in retirement communities within the scope of churches she and her husband have served.

Karla Gray is the Director of Human Resources with Martha Franks with 10 years of experience. She received her bachelor’s degree from Southern Wesleyan University in Central, SC and is a Licensed Community Residential Care Administrator with the State of South Carolina.
